CREDENTIALS OF OUR STAFF Wendolyn A. Smith has over three decades of experience in the medical transcription industry. Presently, she is the Director of Skillbuilding and Operations, Skillbuilding Consultant, as well as Registered Apprenticeship System Design Administrator.  She has served in the capacity of Assistant Director of Operations for a national medical transcription service company, Lead Supervisor responsible for medical transcriptionist recruiting and skillbuilding enhancements, in addition to gainful employment as a medical transcriptionist in the international arena. Ms. Smith is a detail-oriented, quality-conscious, productive professional whose confidence, vision, perseverance and medical transcription expertise serve as exceptional assets for The Transcription Connection.
